I have worked in a variety of roles during my 27-year career in the automotive industry, spanning from retail to supplier and OEM perspectives. Prior to my direct focus in supporting the needs of automotive dealerships and other key industry stakeholders, I attended Northwood University in Midland, Mich., where I earned automotive marketing and management degrees. After college, I worked in the automotive retail dealership business, where I supported all major dealership profit centers before moving on to a career with electronic data systems (EDS) and automatic data processing (ADP) in 1994. During my career, I have had the opportunity to consult with thousands of dealerships and dealer groups nationwide on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, lead management, digital marketing, sales, training, dealer management system (DMS) best practices, system utilization, implementations, systems, and process re-engineering engagements.
My unique experiences working directly with automotive dealers as a direct employee, as a supplier of information technology products and services, and as a representative of the OEM afford me a unique perspective to assist dealers and clients as they refine their operations and objectives to meet the needs of consumers operating in the digital age.
