I have been a Ford Internet communications and sales performance consultant since January 2010. I have 27 years of experience in sales, marketing, and training. I spent eight years in the modular and production home industries, then had a three year stint in commercial printing and graphics. In the mid-1990s, I became a salesman and producer of high-tech training and marketing multimedia projects for major airline and telecom corporations. When the tech boom ended, I built an e-commerce performance auto parts store for a friend’s new dealership – and before I knew it I was the store’s one-man Internet department. After three successful years there, I moved to a much larger dealership’s Internet department and in my second year was storewide Salesman of the Year.

Today, every customer is an Internet user and your store’s website, search listings, digital marketing, and outbound sales communications form the critical first impression that gets you on that buyer’s short list. My job is to help your dealership score with today’s savvy shoppers, both before and after they contact you.

I have been married for 30 years and am the father of three sons. Outside of work time, I am or have been a musician, film festival director, and volunteer religious school instructor.
